1. The Courtesy Car is provided as substitute transportation while your car is being serviced in our Service Department as an added benefit of purchasing your vehicle from Ferman BMW.  Please keep in mind that specific model requests are not possible.
2. Service must be no less then an estimated two (2) hour minimum to qualify for loaner car availability. Example: Oil Services,  DO NOT QUALIFY for loaner programs.
3. A scheduled service appointment is required to ensure loaner car availability.
4. At times Budget or Enterprise rental cars may be used as an alternative in the event of all BMW Courtesy Cars being reserved in advance. 
5. BMW Courtesy Cars are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
6. Your current drivers license and proof of insurance are required to accept a loaner car.
7. Drivers for Courtesy Cars are limited to those individuals whose signatures are on the Acceptance of Liability forms and under no circumstances may a driver be under 21 years of age.
8. To better accommodate all clients, it is required that the Courtesy Car be returned twenty  (24) hours of the time that a call is placed to advise you that your car is completed in service or a $50.00 per extra day fee will be assesed.
9. It is required that all Courtesy Cars be returned with the same amount of fuel as when it left the dealership.  In the event that there is less fuel, you will be charged $6 per gallon for refueling services to return the gauge to the original fuel level.
10. The area of use is limited to a 50 mile radius of the dealership and you are granted 50 miles of use per day.  In the event that your needs exceed this provision, you will be assessed an Extended Use Fee at the rate of 20 cents per mile for each additional mile.
11. Pets and/or Smoking in Courtesy Cars is prohibited.
