The Ferman Community Partnership
Since 1895, the Ferman organization, and its employees, have positively influenced the people and communities they serve by demonstrating excellence in corporate citizenship through the Ferman Community Partnership.
Today, the values instilled by our founders guide Ferman's charitable and philanthropic impact on the Tampa Bay area. We strive to continually make a difference in people's lives through contributions of volunteer time and financial resources, and supporting our employees in their endeavors to make the Tampa Bay area a better place to live and work.
The types of organizations supported through the Ferman Community Partnership are as diverse as our community and include schools, educational and scholarship programs; health, medical and human services organizations; arts, cultural and history groups; civic, community events and fund drives; amateur youth sports and related activities.

Christmas Food & Toy Item Donations – Collection Dates: December 6th – December 20thVisit Ferman BMW of Palm Harbor during regular business hours to donate Food or Toy items for local families in need. It’s all part of Metropolitan Ministries Holiday Food Drive and Holiday Toy Drive. Your donations make sure that everyone has the opportunity for a Christmas meal and a toy under the tree.

Turkey, Ham, Cereal, Canned Yams, Bagged or Boxed Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce.

Ferman BMW Lends a Hand to Habitat for Humanity Pinellas County
On April 12th, the team at Ferman BMW rolled up their sleeves and helped build a local home for Habitat for Humanity Pinellas County.
Together, team members Bob Murray, Karl Alvarez, Christine Pettofrezzo and Tomas Hernandez gave their time to help a local family in need.
Since 1985, Habitat for Humanity Pinellas County has been breaking ground on homes with the help of volunteers and donations. In 2017, the organization dedicated their 400th home! For more information, please visit their website here.
Ferman BMW Helps The Boys and Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay in Providing Shoes for Back-to-School Students
Ferman BMW answered the call to help the Boys and Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay in their mission to provide new back-to-school shoes for students in need. A Team Member at Ferman BMW heard the challenge on a local country radio station - 99.5 WQYK-FM - and called the station to see how Ferman BMW could help.
Although the school year is already underway, there's still a need for shoe donations. Ferman BMW would like to invite other Tampa Bay businesses and local residents to step up and help the Boys and Girls Clubs to purchase shoes for students in need. Together, we can make a positive impact on our community.

Ferman Proudly Sponsors the 2018 Gasparilla Distance Classic
For the 13th year running, Ferman Automotive is the Official Automotive Sponsor of the 2018 Gasparilla Distance Classic.
This year, a Ferman BMW convertible was used as an official pace car to carry dignitaries and race officials along the course route.
The Gasparilla Distance Classic has become one of the premier races in the country, but more than just a competition for runners, the Gasparilla Distance Classic is also an impactful community event. The race is a charity fundraiser, helping distinguished organizations like Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay, Metropolitan Ministries and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Local high school and university athletic programs have also benefited from the Gasparilla Distance Classic's generosity, such as Plant High School and the University of Tampa.
During the Gasparilla Health and Fitness Expo, visitors to the Ferman booth entered to win a number of great prizes and helped themselves to complimentary giveaway items.
Allyson from Tampa was this year's lucky winner of tickets to the 2018 Gasparilla Music Festival. She and three friends got to take in this fun, local event courtesy of Ferman.

Ferman BMW Helps Pinellas County Students in Need by Donating to Stuff the Bus!
According to the Pinellas Education Foundation, in Pinellas County alone there are over 3,000 homeless children and 13% of families are at poverty level. Ferman BMW, along with every Ferman location in Pinellas County, stepped up to make sure these children and families have the supplies they require for the upcoming school year.
Along with essential items like backpacks, pencils and notebooks, the Ferman Team presented the Pinellas Education Foundation with a check for $2,000. This gift will help kids throughout Pinellas County get the education they deserve.

Ferman BMW Proudly Sponsors the 2016 Cotee River Bike Fest
The 2016 Cotee River Bike Fest, hosted by the West Pasco Chamber of Commerce, kicked off at Sims Park in Downtown New Port Richey. Ferman BMW was there to sponsor the event and join in on the fun.
Bikers and those who love to ride visited the Ferman tent and were treated to complimentary Ferman giveaway items. Guests of all ages enjoyed these free goodies.
